Wheaton College – Science Center Renovations

Description

Complete upgrade of HVAC equipment including sheet metal and mechanical piping infrastructure for an existing three-story Science Building. New equipment installation includes (4) new Energy Recovery Units, (2) Centrifugal Chillers, (2) Cooling Towers, Hot, Chilled and Condenser Water Pumps with Variable Speed Drives. Building steam upgrade from campus distribution including pressure reducing station services (2) Steam to Hot Water Heat Exchangers. (1) new Heating/Cooling Air Handling Unit with Desiccant Dehumidification was included with the upgrades for their existing Library. DDC Controls were upgrades for entire renovation.
