Description

Renovation of existing 68,000 square foot building to a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical process facility. Installation included over 120,000 cfm of new air handling equipment, 305 tons of chiller capacity, new 10 million BTU boiler system, supply, return & exhaust duct systems, chilled, mechanical hot water and recovery loop systems. Lake HVAC installed a complete state-of-the-art web-based DDC Controls system licensed by Honeywell including integration and monitoring of their process equipment.
