Description

Corindus had completed a renovation of an 84,000sqft mixed used lab space in Auburndale, MA. This project was segregated into two phases; The first phase was a 12,000sqft (ISO 7) Clean Room Manufacturing Lab consisting of (2) air handling units, (8) air cooled condensing units, (2) electric steam humidifiers and (46) laminar flow HEPA diffusers. The second phase of this project consisted of an office fit out which included (5) new DX split system units, fan powered terminals with electric heat and new medium pressure & low-pressure duct systems. A complete DDC upgrade was completed for all new and existing equipment.
