Our Leadership Team
Eric Pariseau
President
Eric started as a co-op at Lake HVAC in 1986 and transitioned into a full-time role in 1992 after graduating from Syracuse University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He became President in 2014 after managing different divisions, allowing him to understand and evaluate all aspects of the operations in the industry. His two main objectives are to ensure that Lake HVAC is providing the highest level of customer service and to mentor and assist the current management team.
“It is an honor and a pleasure to come to Lake HVAC every day and work with a group of hard-working and talented individuals that have a ‘team-first’ attitude. Our consistent dedication to serve our customers at a high level allows us to be the premiere mechanical contractor in New England. Our internal continuous improvement processes throughout all divisions provides us with a competitive advantage without circumventing quality or execution.”
Tony Penta
Chief Operating Officer
Tony joined Lake HVAC as a high school co-op student in 1994. Since then, he has worked in all departments as a Field Technician and Foreman. Tony’s focus was on the Service Division, where he worked his way into the role of Service Manager. After several years as Service Manager, his attention turned towards small projects, which quickly turned into design-build and design-assist projects. Currently, his efforts are on the day-to-day operations of the company and managing the development of design-build projects with our team of experienced Project Managers.
“Over the years, so much has changed with the industry as a whole and we as a company have certainly changed with it. Every day we are acquiring new licenses, protocols and escalating our expertise as a mechanical contractor. I am proud to say Lake has evolved and grown with our long-standing consumer-base while continuing to bring on new clientele.”
Peter started as a co-op in 1999 while attending Medford Vocational Technical High School. He started his career with Lake HVAC as a Sheet Metal Installer/Welder. After 17 years of experience in the field, including Construction Foreman, he was promoted to the Estimating department to incorporate his wealth of knowledge from the field to accurately bid potential projects. Only a few years after joining the Estimating Department, Peter became Head Estimator and then Vice President of Estimating where he continues to improve and analyze all bids and job costs for each project. He continues to build relationships with new clientele while maintaining our existing consumer base.
“Having worked for so many years in the field as an installer, it is exciting and challenging to be on the other side of the blueprints. Since revamping our estimating department, we maximize the accuracy and quantity of bids that leave our desk. It is a privilege to be able to see a project go from a narrative scope, to drawn plans, to a tangible project – and my department gets to see it at every stage.”
Neil joined Lake HVAC in 2010 after spending time working in the family construction business as a Field Laborer. After graduating from the Medford Vocational Technical High School’s HVAC/Sheet Metal Fabrication Program in 2003, he went on to attend Wentworth Institute of Technology. After working days at Lake HVAC and attending school at night, he received his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management in 2016. Neil’s career with Lake HVAC has continuously evolved: from starting as a Sheet Metal Apprentice out in the field, to Estimating/Project Manager, to his current role as Vice President, Project Executive and Sheet Metal Division Manager. Neil enjoys building a well-rounded, reliable team while mentoring and advising recruits at Lake HVAC. Neil understands the importance of the customer and thrives on building relationships with our clients and business partners.

“I think Lake is unique in the fact that we have four separate divisions, two fabrication shops and a well-staffed office. We are consistently all working together as a team to succeed with the same goal to maintain excellent customer service and high-quality installations in all aspects of Mechanical Construction. It’s a pleasure managing the experienced team the Pipe Division has as well as working with the younger apprentices.”

Since then, he has continued to pursue new technologies and strategies to further add to Lake HVAC’s overall client solutions. In 2020 he was named Vice President of Service and Controls.
“Customer service and support is paramount, systems breakdown and mechanical parts fail, every contractor deals with that but not every contractor puts as much effort into the relationship as we do. I think that is what sets us apart.”
Bob joined Lake HVAC in 1996 and throughout his 17-year field career, he has had the opportunity to spend time in all four trade disciplines. Over his career, he obtained several licenses and certifications including Master Sheet Metal and Refrigeration licensing. Bob was promoted to the management team in 2013.
